Our Mind Wellness Journey

Who We Are

At Avery Mind Wellness, we help people reset their mindset, build better habits, and live more balanced, intentional lives. Founded by Grace Avery, a junior psychologist and qualified ADHD coach, our approach blends psychology-informed insight with flexible, real-life coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

We work with individuals who are motivated to make a change whether that’s managing overthinking, building self-worth, setting better boundaries, or simply getting unstuck. Our clients often lead busy lives, juggle multiple responsibilities, or live with neurodiverse traits like ADHD—and they’re looking for structure, clarity, and support they can actually use.

Who We Are

We believe that real change doesn’t come from pressure or perfection—it comes from consistency, self-awareness, and the right tools. Our sessions are grounded in evidence-based methods, but always tailored to you. Whether you choose a one-off session or a long-term coaching plan, you’ll receive personalised guidance, practical strategies, and support that fits into your life not the other way around.

At the heart of what we do is a simple mission: to help you reconnect with what matters, take control of your choices, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

About me

Grace Avery

I’m Grace Avery a Junior Psychologist, qualified ADHD coach, and the person behind Avery Mind Wellness.

I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, why we behave the way we do, and how small changes in mindset or routine can make a big difference. I created Avery Mind Wellness because I wanted to offer something real support that’s grounded in psychology but practical enough to fit into everyday life.

My background includes a Psychology degree from Lancaster University and experience working across educational and workplace settings. I’ve supported children, adults, and neurodiverse clients, delivered coping strategies training, and led workshops focused on behaviour, emotion regulation, and self-awareness. I’m also a qualified ADHD coach, and that’s given me a deeper understanding of how differently we all experience the world and how important it is to tailor support to the individual.

Outside of work, I’m usually in the gym, training for Hyrox, or looking after my own mental health in the ways that work for me because I fully believe in practising what I coach.

If you're considering working with me, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start.
